At Zari House, we take great care to ensure that every product is checked and packed securely before dispatch. Since our products are delicate ethnic wear, we follow a strict return policy for fairness and transparency.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible, customers must provide a complete parcel opening video (from unsealing the package to showing the product) without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
Without a proper unboxing video, return requests cannot be processed.
Products must be returned in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items
Products without an unboxing video proof.
Sale/discounted products.
Customized or altered products (stitched blouses, fall/pico, pre-pleated sarees, etc.).
Accessories like jewelry, bags, petticoats, and gift vouchers.
- Return Process
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel at [your support email/WhatsApp] with your order ID and the unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will approve your return request.
- Ship the product back to our return address in secure packaging.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- After inspection, we will confirm the status of your return.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only if the item was damaged/defective and stock is available.
If not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
- Color Disclaimer
Slight differences in shade may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These variations are not considered defects.
